Pic w/o Flash
Pic with Flash Risotto is a traditional italian rice dish. This is my 1st attempt on it. More like a seafood risotto with prawns, onion and carrot garnished with parmesan cheese over the top. The taste is really good for my 1st attempt but have to make it look more presentable still.
