Risotto is a traditional italian rice dish. This is my 1st attempt on it. More like a seafood risotto with prawns, onion and carrot garnished with parmesan cheese over the top. The taste is really good for my 1st attempt but have to make it look more presentable still.

Just another day

Just made some purchases from focalprice and dealextreme. Spent abt 30USD. Bought like 6 iPhone cases, anti-glare screen protectors and some cable. Can't wait for the products to arrive. Free shipping included. Very good bargain indeed! Gonna start reading a new book called "The China Study". Oh ya. It's the first time blogging from my iPhone.

Table Tennis @ Burghley Squash Centre

Finally playing table tennis again... After so many years... e last time was during my army days back in 2005... my last competitive game was in 2001.... Yes this is the sports that I'm best at. My Old Rubber TSP D-Top... High Speed and good control. More for the offensive players. Won quite a few tournaments using this. Too bad it's out of production already.

Hypocrite

Defination of hyprocrite -
1.one who puts on a mask and feigns himself to be what he is not.
2.a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.

Recently got to know that a friend of mine happened to be one of the above stated. What the fuck!! Sickening pretentious this person is. On one hand criticising "so-and-so" being a hypocrite and cursing "so-and-so". On the other hand, hugging and bootlicking this "so-and-so" for that person was the boss. Now i know where this phrase came from - "If u can't win them?? Then join them"

I really hate this kind of person to the core... U have no sense of shame nor pride and you don't dare to speak up for yourself!!! It is a shame that you were once my friend.

Indian Western Vegetarian Cafe located in Little India. Small and cosy restaurant...Reasonable prices... Very good food they serve... I would give 4 out of 5 stars for them.

Bolognese pasta... The minced meat was replaced with some kind of beans... Sauce was great, the spaghetti was awesome!!!! Cooked perfectly...

Can't remember the name of this dish... But very good also... the sauce tasted abit sourish and creamy... Very good appetizer for a start.

Napoleon Pizza.

I could eat this over and over again. Tasted incredibly good.

Corn chips with tomato salsa & avocado paste. Looked more like nachos to me. Very nice taste too...

Avocado Sandwiches... Tasted quite raw actually... dun really like it.

Bake brown rice with cheese.... Portion too big for me... Taste was average

Graduation

Finally collected my diploma. I'm glad i did well for all my modules. Met up with my classmates @ school to collect our certs. After that went to botak jones @ somerset for makan with salihin, de xian and louis. I tried the cajun chicken with baked cheese potatoes and frill pasta. The chicken was really well done. The food was really good and pricing was reasonable. Something embarrassing happened upon our collection of our cert. One of my classmates did not receive his cert, reason was he did not even complete his module as his assignments weren't even handed in. Can't believe that he still wanted to try his luck. 真的好丢脸。。。。。 换成是我的话。。。 我一定找一个洞转进去。。。 God bless him... anyway finally completed my studies. Objective achieved!!

From Single to Queen!!

Finally!!! My new bed is here and i simply love it. The delivery guy came early in the morning and set up the bed frame for me... By the way, the guy in the pic is the delivery guy and not me. Had a tiring day arranging my room and re-painting the walls. Lotsa tidying and cleaning done the previous day. With the new layout... it looks so much more spacious. Lazy me now can lie on my bed to watch the tv, just short of a wireless keyboard and air mouse then i will be able to lie there as well. Kinda miss my old bed and felt heart pain when i threw it away as my room's furnitures are totally built in and custom made...... And the designer?? Well its my dad and i'm really proud of him.

Iphone 3G case

Just got a new iphone case from tokyo. Simple plain design which cost 1980 yen. Really like this design so much. Thanks bro for helping me to get this case. Having a bad day today with flu running on me. Hope tomorrow will be a better day.
